Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the KYCer Platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

1. Prohibited Activities

1.1 Platform Abuse

• Scraping or systematically extracting data from the Platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform component
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Conducting load testing or penetration testing without prior written approval
• Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other customer accounts

1.2 Credential Misuse

• Sharing API keys with unauthorized parties
• Sharing login credentials between multiple users
• Creating fake or impersonated accounts
• Using another entity's credentials without authorization

1.3 Illegal & Harmful Use

• Using the Platform to facilitate sanctions evasion
• Processing data to support money laundering or terrorism financing
• Unlawful surveillance or monitoring of individuals
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any person
• Use by or for the benefit of sanctioned entities

1.4 Commercial Misuse

• Reselling Platform access without a written reseller agreement
• Using the Platform for competitive intelligence against KYCer
• Publishing benchmark comparisons without written consent
• Data harvesting for any purpose outside AML compliance

2. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to: security@kycertechnologies.com

3. Consequences

Violations may result in: (i) immediate API key revocation; (ii) account suspension; (iii) permanent termination without refund; (iv) legal action; (v) reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
